Life can be hard!
We’re all doing the best we can, but school struggles, parenting/marital stress, past family issues, or traumatic events can lead us to feel overwhelmed. We all have life experiences, good and bad, and they shape how we've learned to cope; our once useful defenses may no longer serve us. I specialize in the treatment of trauma for children and adults, life transitions, women’s mental health, parenting, and self-esteem, as well as challenges like depression and anxiety. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Every journey toward healing and growth is unique; each person's experiences and challenges are different. I meet clients where they are and believe that a positive connection between therapist and client plays a significant role in influencing the success of our therapeutic process. My approach centers on exploring the underlying issues that may be keeping you stuck in negativity or unhappiness. You will feel better as you learn to accept and change your negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. I want you to enjoy the process, grow, and feel better. I believe in your ability to heal and make change and find happiness!
Take a look around the website and contact me if you think I can help or answer any questions. I look forward to your call!
