Through individual therapy, I provide a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and concerns. It is a confidential, nonjudgemental space where together we will do some self-exploration, build skills, and problem-solve. I will provide emotional support with empathic understanding while also monitoring your progress toward the established goals we set together.
I work with children, adolescents, couples, and adults.
