Group therapy
Group therapy consists of individuals who come together to discuss and explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a supportive and confidential environment. This therapeutic approach can be used to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
Here is what you can expect from my group therapy sessions:
Confidential, guided, supportive, and validating environment. Sharing experiences and hearing that others have faced similar challenges can be comforting and reduce feelings of isolation.
Interpersonal growth. Group therapy can help individuals improve their interpersonal relationships by providing a safe space to practice communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Skill Building. Group therapy can teach participants various coping skills, interpersonal skills, and strategies for managing their issues or symptoms. This is often done through discussions, role-playing, and other interactive exercises.
Cost-Effective. Group therapy can be more cost-effective than individual therapy because the therapist's time is divided among multiple participants, making it accessible to a broader range of people.

Through group therapy, I provide a supportive environment for you and others experiencing similar stressors to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and concerns in a confidential, nonjudgemental space. Group therapy can be beneficial for addressing a wide range of mental health and emotional issues, including depression, anxiety, social concerns and relationship problems. It provides a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges and work toward personal growth and healing within a supportive community.
